Sudden cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death; however, prompt, effective administration of CPR can save a life.
Peter offers classes for emergencies with adults, children, and infants. All classes include supervised, hands-on practice. Students will learn to:
- Recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies
- Perform CPR on a person suffering from sudden cardiac arrest
- Minimize the effects of shock
- Care for choking situations in victims of all ages
Included is a textbook and skill card.
Certification lasts for one year.
